Designed to Change with the Room
Our programmable LED dance floors can display solid colors, animated patterns and multi-color party sequences throughout the event.
Choose a clean single-color look—white, red, green, blue, yellow, pink, purple or darker tones—or transition into Party Mode with changing colors, movement and visual patterns as the celebration builds.
Programming can shift between entrances, first dances, formal moments and open dancing without changing the physical floor.

Front Row FX provides professionally installed and operated LED dance floors for weddings, Quinceañeras, Mitzvahs, Sangeets, galas, afterparties and corporate events throughout Minnesota.
BUILT AROUND THE VENUE
20 × 20 ft Standard. Custom Sizing
Our standard LED dance floor is 20 × 20 ft, a strong size for many medium-to-large celebrations.
Custom dimensions can be created to fit the available room, including narrower layouts, rectangular configurations and custom LED runway installations.
Pricing is based on the overall production—not individual square feet. Reducing a 20 × 20 ft floor slightly, such as to approximately 19 × 19 ft, generally does not materially reduce delivery, labor, installation, programming or technician requirements.
MORE THAN A BALLROOM
Indoor, Outdoor, Backyard or Custom Runway
LED dance floors are not limited to traditional indoor venues.
Depending on site conditions, Front Row FX can install LED flooring for outdoor events, backyard celebrations, grass surfaces and temporary event environments by designing the appropriate subfloor and installation method.
Outdoor or uneven-surface installations typically require additional structure, labor and preparation, so pricing may differ from a standard ballroom installation.
Custom LED runways and elongated floor layouts are also available, with pricing based on dimensions and production requirements.
DELIVERY THROUGH TEARDOWN
One Complete, Supported Production
Standard LED dance floor production includes:
- Delivery to the venue
- Professional installation
- Floor leveling and system testing
- Color and pattern programming
- Dedicated technician on site
- Up to six hours of standard event operation
- Professional teardown and removal
Extended event hours, outdoor installations, specialty subfloors, custom runways and non-standard configurations can be added when required.
Typical 20 × 20 ft production: $3,500–$4,500.

We evaluate guest count, venue dimensions, tables, stage placement and available circulation.

Size & Visual Direction
The standard 20 × 20 ft configuration or a custom size is selected, along with the preferred visual programming.

Our team delivers, installs, levels and tests the floor before guests enter the space.

On-Site Support
A technician operates and monitors the floor during the event, followed by professional teardown.
