The website provides general information about Front Row FX, our capabilities, production approach and previous work.
Website content is provided for informational and promotional purposes. It is not a binding offer, production specification, guarantee of availability or commitment to provide services.
Event requirements, pricing and production scope are determined individually.
INQUIRIES DO NOT RESERVE A DATE
Submitting an inquiry, requesting information, participating in a consultation or receiving a proposal does not:
- Reserve an event date
- Confirm availability
- Create a client relationship
- Guarantee pricing
- Form a production agreement
An event is confirmed only after the required agreement has been signed and the required retainer has been received, subject to the terms of that agreement.
EVENT AGREEMENTS CONTROL
Event production services are governed by a separate written proposal, booking agreement or production services agreement.
If these website Terms conflict with a signed agreement between Front Row FX and a client, the signed agreement controls with respect to that event.
Website descriptions, photographs, examples and previous productions do not guarantee that identical equipment, layouts, results or creative elements will be available for another event.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Front Row FX, including:

- Designs
- Page layouts
- Production concepts
- Case studies
- Brand elements
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission from Front Row FX.
